Common use of City Property Clause in Contracts

City hereby agrees to sell, convey, and grant to District those certain Assets owned by City and located in the City of San Diego, State of California, and more particularly described on Exhibit “A-1" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, together with all improvements located thereon (“City Property”), upon the terms and subject to the conditions described herein.
