City of Columbus Personnel Overview. Project Sponsor – The City Project Sponsor is responsible for assigning the Project Manager and should be a key component in the change management team. The project sponsor will also be required to authorize all change orders. The City Project Sponsor is engaged in the monthly Executive Committee Meetings. Project Steering Committee – The Project Steering Committee is responsible for managing and ensuring that the project scope is aligned with the overall strategic plan. The steering committee is responsible for managing and resolving issues brought to them by the project manager. It reviews and officially creates all policy related to the project, determines the feasibility of and acts upon suggested business process improvements, coordinates related projects and programs, obtains support and cooperation from stakeholders, and resolves obstacles to enable successful execution of the project. Project Manager – The City Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all Client resources are meeting their obligations throughout the implementation to include: Resource Scheduling, Deliverable completion, Homework completion. The City Project Manager is responsible for establishing the Implementation Plans with the Tyler Project Manager. The City Project Manager is also responsible for following through on all change management recommendations within the organization. Functional Lead – Financials: the Functional Lead(s) for Financials are responsible for designing the Chart of Accounts and making all business decisions related to the configuration of the system, specifically the General ledger, Budgeting (Budget control), Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets and Project modules. They are responsible for ensuring the accounting within the system conforms to GAAP. These resources need to have the authority to make accounting business decisions that affect the City’s existing accounting policies and procedures. Note that it is anticipated that the City will provide several Financials functional leads, each having responsibility for a different functional area.

  • Interstate Educational Personnel Contracts 1. The designated state official of a party state may make 1 or more contracts on behalf of his state with 1 or more other party states providing for the acceptance of educational personnel. Any such contract for the period of its duration shall be applicable to and binding on the states whose designated state officials enter into it, and the subdivisions of those states, with the same force and effect as if incorporated in this agreement. A designated state official may enter into a contract pursuant to this article only with states in which he finds that there are programs of education, certification standards or other acceptable qualifications that assure preparation or qualification of educational personnel on a basis sufficiently comparable, even though not identical to that prevailing in his own state.

  • VISIBILITY OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Unless the SAIDC requests or agrees otherwise, any communication or publication made by the Final Beneficiary that relates to the action, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations in electronic form, etc.), including tangible assets acquired from the project must: (a) indicate that the action has received funding from the Official Development Assistance, SlovakAid and (b) display the SlovakAid logo. When displayed in association with another logo, the SlovakAid logo must have appropriate prominence. The obligation to display the SlovakAid logo does not confer on the Final Beneficiary a right of exclusive use. The Final Beneficiary may not appropriate the SlovakAid logo or any similar trademark or logo, either by registration or by any other means. For the purposes of the first, second and third subparagraphs and under the conditions specified therein, the Final Beneficiary may use the SlovakAid logo without first obtaining permission from the SAIDC.

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.

  • The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.

  • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.
