City Modification of Scope of Services. The City may, without invalidating this Agreement, order changes in any Task by altering, adding to or deducting from the Professional Services to be performed. All such changes shall be in writing and shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If any such changes cause an increase or decrease in the Design Professional's cost of, or the time required for, the performance of any of the Professional Services, the Design Professional shall immediately notify the City. If the City deems it appropriate, an equitable adjustment to the Design Professional's compensation may be made, provided that any adjustment must be approved by both Parties in writing in accordance with Section 9.1 of this Agreement.

All such changes shall be in writing and shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If any such changes cause an increase or decrease in the Consultant’s cost of, or the time required for, the performance of any of the Consulting Services, the Consultant shall so notify the City. If appropriate, an equitable adjustment to the Consultant’s compensation may be made, provided that any adjustment must be pre-approved by the Parties in writing; the City’s approval shall come from the City Council.
City Modification of Scope of Services. City may order changes to the Scope of Services within the general scope of this Agreement consisting of additions, deletions, or other revisions. If such changes cause a change in the Consultant’s cost of, or time required for, completion of the Scope of Services, an equitable adjustment to Consultant’s compensation and/or contract time shall be made, subject to the City’s approval. All such changes shall be authorized in writing, executed by Consultant and City. If such a change results in an extension of the term of this Agreement or increases the maximum amount to be paid under this Agreement, no such change shall have any force or effect unless an amendment to this Agreement is approved by the City Council.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”). All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Contract, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

  • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.
