CITY FURNISHED PROPERTY. (1) The City shall deliver to the Contractor the City-Furnished Property described in this Contract. The City shall furnish related data and information in its possession needed for the intended use of the Property.

CITY FURNISHED PROPERTY. The Contractor shall furnish a written statement to the City Manager containing all relevant facts, such as cause or condition and a recommended course(s) of action, if overages, shortages, or damages and/or other discrepancies are discovered upon receipt of City-Furnished Property.
CITY FURNISHED PROPERTY. The City will make available for use by the successful Offeror all property necessary for performance of the contract resulting from this Solicitation (“Contract”) on a no-charge-for-use basis. The Contract will be in the form of the model contract included in the RFP (“Model Contract”). Property requirements shall be presented in the Offeror’s Capabilities and Approaches Proposal (Volume 1). Specific Proposal preparation instructions are presented in Table L-1.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Maintains a docket of filing and hearing dates to ensure deadlines are met. Arranges and records payments of fees and fines. May operate a data entry device to input lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format. Assembles documents and materials for court proceedings. Maintains a docketing database/calendar of cases. Manages and reviews records and enters schedules or deadlines into the calendar. Generates reports detailing action items and due dates. Monitors deadlines and notes completed tasks. Reviews previous cases in the database for accuracy. Performs administrative duties in support of staff. Processes incoming mail and files and retrieves documents as needed. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing. Ability to communicate and work with the Court Administrator with court issues and procedures. Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with general public in sometimes difficult and trying circumstances. Primary job functions may require exercising independent judgment. Performs other related duties as required. Ability to supervise staff and reports to the Chief Deputy Clerk. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, functions, policies and procedures of Municipal Court and court operations. Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and city ordinances. CITY FURNISHED PROPERTY. No materials, labor or facilities will be furnished by the City unless specifically provided for within this Contract. For the avoidance of doubt, facilities/locations are to be provided by the City for installation of the stations, bike racks, payment kiosks and other Capital Equipment needed for operation of the System (such locations to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties). The Parties agree that storage and staging locations for the System are the responsibility of Motivate.
