City Findings. City shall comply with O.R.S. 459A.085 when awarding franchises under this subchapter. Compliance with the statutes shall be determined relative to the permissive and mandatory language there.

City Findings. The City hereby finds and determines that the approval of this Agreement is in the best interests of the City and the public’s health, safety and general welfare.
City Findings. The City has previously found and determined that the Redevelopment Area, including the Property, and surrounding area as a whole have not been subject to growth and development through private enterprise, and has further determined that the Property is appropriate for community redevelopment pursuant to the Redevelopment Powers Law, and has authorized the creation of TAD 4 and the use of tax increment financing to provide a portion of the costs of TAD 4.

  • Audit Findings Vendor shall implement any required safeguards as identified by Citizens or by any audit of Vendor’s privacy and security controls.

  • Findings 2. Based on the information known by or provided to the Department, the following findings are asserted for purposes of this Contract:

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • City Audits The CITY may perform an independent audit. Such audits may cover programmatic as well as fiscal matters. GRANTEE will be afforded an opportunity to respond to any audit findings, and have the responses included in the final audit report. Costs of such audits will be borne by the CITY.

  • Target Audience The target audience for this policy includes, but is not limited to, all faculty, trainees/students, and other members of MD Anderson’s workforce, including Facilities Management (FM) Project Managers, FM Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Staff, Contractors, and Stakeholders who request a Scheduled Utility Outage for: • New construction. • Renovation. • Maintenance.
