City Facilities. Nothing in this Article is intended to prohibit or prevent the Union from utilizing City facilities, available to private organizations on a rental basis, under the same conditions that they are made available to other such private organizations.
City Facilities. The Union will be accorded the use of City facilities for bargaining unit meetings in accordance with City policy for other special interest groups.
City Facilities. The use of City's facilities by Union officials and/or bargaining unit employees to conduct internal Union business shall be permitted so long as the Union has requested such use of City facilities in advance and the City Manager has approved of the use of City facilities by the Union. Requests by the Union to use City facilities shall be made at least one (1) week in advance.
City Facilities. Requests to use the EMPLOYER’S facilities shall be made at least 24 hours in advance of said business meetings. Such meetings shall not entail the use of City vehicles, equipment or any other cost to the EMPLOYER.
City Facilities. Collector shall provide weekly Solid Waste, Green Waste and Recyclable Materials collection and disposal service to all City Facilities, at no charge to City.
