City Cooperation. City will cooperate with Contractor by placing at its disposal all available information concerning the City, City property, or the City project reasonably necessary for Contractor’s performance of this Contract.
City Cooperation. The City agrees to cooperate in connection with the issuance of the City Bonds and to authorize and direct the Mayor, the Comptroller and other applicable officials of the City to execute all documentation necessary or appropriate to cause the issuance of the City Bonds. The City also agrees to cooperate and to execute all reasonably requested documentation in connection with the satisfaction of the Private Funding Contingency.
City Cooperation. The City shall promptly notify the Land Owner of any Third Party Challenge and shall cooperate fully in the defense of the Third Party Challenge.
City Cooperation. The City agrees that its personnel will cooperate with Service Provider in the performance of its work under this contract and that such personnel will be available to Service Provider for consultation at reasonable times and after being given sufficient advance notice that will prevent conflict with their other responsibilities. The City also agrees to provide Service Provider with access to City records in a reasonable time and manner and to schedule items that require action by the Board of Public Works and Finance Committee in a timely manner. The City and Service Provider also agree to attend all meetings called by the City or Service Provider to discuss the work under the Contract, and that Service Provider may elect to conduct and record such meetings and shall later distribute prepared minutes of the meeting to the City.
City Cooperation. City shall provide Consultant with any plans, publications, reports, statistics, records, or other data or information pertinent to the Services to be performed hereunder which are reasonably available to Consultant only from or through action by City.
City Cooperation. The City shall assist Exide in discussions with the TCEQ and any other Governmental Authority, as requested by Exide, concerning modifications and updates required to permits and orders to recognize the wind down of operations and facility closure, but shall be under no obligation to incur any costs in doing so. The City shall assist Exide in procuring in accordance with city ordinances all City approvals or permits required by Exide in connection with the Demolition Activities and the Regulatory Compliance and Closure Activities, but shall be under no obligation to incur any cost in doing so.
City Cooperation. The City agrees to cooperate with the Developer in securing all permits which may be required by the City. In the event state or federal laws or regulations enacted after this Agreement has been executed, or actions of any governmental jurisdiction, prevent, delay or preclude compliance with one or more provisions of this Agreement, or require changes in plans, maps or permits approved by the City, the parties agree that the provisions of this Agreement shall be modified, extended or suspended as may be necessary to comply with such state and federal laws or regulations or the regulations of other governmental jurisdictions. Each party agrees to extend to the other its prompt and reasonable cooperation in so modifying this Agreement or approved plans.
City Cooperation. (a) In anticipation of the effort necessary to facilitate the timely processing and permitting of project improvements, HF may request the City to designate a mutually agreeable individual (the “City’s WLC Coordinator”) who shall have the authority to facilitate and coordinate development services within the City and with HF for all actions to be taken by the City which are needed for the development of the Project, including, but not limited to, discretionary approvals, entitlements, site plans, grading, building and occupancy permit applications and inspections through the City’s review and approval processes, all at the full cost of HF, which HF shall pay in advance and replenish upon City’s request, from time to time. If any payments are not received by City when requested, the WLC coordinator shall cease acting until the funds are received and normal City protocols shall govern. All applications submitted to the City shall be evaluated for completeness within twelve (12) working days of receipt by the City. If not complete, the City shall immediately ensure that HF is notified of what additional information is required.
City Cooperation. City staff shall work cooperatively with Developer to assist in coordinating the processing and consideration of all necessary permits, entitlements and approvals, including but not limited to Subsequent Development Approvals. To the extent City or City’s designee is unable to process and consider permits, entitlements and approvals in a timeframe acceptable to the Developer., Developer may request, and the City will consider, the hiring of an outside contractor to assist City or City’s designee in the processing and consideration of all necessary permits, entitlements and approvals. If approved, the City shall contract for those services at the Developer’s sole expense.
City Cooperation. The City shall reasonably cooperate with Developer in connection with the Public Benefit Work to enable Developer to complete expeditiously such work.
