City Business License. The CONSULTANT has obtained, or agrees to obtain, a business license from the CITY prior to commencing to perform any services under this agreement. The CONSULTANT will maintain the business license in good standing throughout the term of this Agreement.
City Business License. To conduct business within the City of Placerville Consultant must be in possession of a valid City Business License.

During the festival, each vendor must display either their current Lake Havasu City Business License or Temporary Special Event Business License in their booth space (the city will be checking on this). We will send your information to the LHC Business License department and they will send you a link to pay for your business license online. City Business License. Lessee must ensure that each vendor it hires to provide services and goods for the function has a current City of Decatur business license. The lessee should contact the city revenue department at 256 -341-4546 with any questions regarding the license status of any vendor. City Business License. Tenant shall obtain, and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement, a valid City Business License and pay all taxes and fees required. Failure to possess a current City Business License and pay all required fees and taxes shall be a material breach of this Agreement.

Seller shall obtain and maintain and shall cause its contractors and subcontractors to obtain and maintain during the duration of this Agreement, a City business license as required by the Municipal Code. Seller shall pay and shall cause its contractors and subcontractors to pay any and all state and federal taxes and any other applicable taxes. Purchaser shall not be required to pay for any Energy provided under this Agreement, until Seller has provided Purchaser with a completed Internal Revenue Service Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification).

In the event that the ARTIST intends to offer any of the artwork for sale in conjunction with its display on City property, the ARTIST agrees to obtain a business license from the CITY prior to commencing to perform any services under this Agreement. The ARTIST will maintain the business license in good standing throughout the term of this Agreement.
City Business License. Prior to receiving a Purchase Order from the City, the Consultant shall obtain and maintain a valid City of Parksville Business License for the duration of the Agreement. Costs associated with the license are the responsibility of the Consultant.
