AS AGENT FOR BOTH - INTERMEDIARY To act as an intermediary between the parties the broker must first obtain the written agreement of each party to the transaction. The written agreement must state who will pay the broker and, in conspicuous bold or underlined print, set forth the broker's obligations as an intermediary. A broker who acts as an intermediary: • Must treat all parties to the transaction impartially and fairly; • May, with the parties' written consent, appoint a different license holder associated with the broker to each party (owner and buyer) to communicate with, provide opinions and advice to, and carry out the instructions of each party to the transaction. • Must not, unless specifically authorized in writing to do so by the party, disclose: ᴑ that the owner will accept a price less than the written asking price; ᴑ that the buyer/tenant will pay a price greater than the price submitted in a written offer; and ᴑ any confidential information or any other information that a party specifically instructs the broker in writing not to disclose, unless required to do so by law.
AS AGENT FOR BUYER/TENANT The broker becomes the buyer/tenant's agent by agreeing to represent the buyer, usually through a wriƩen representaƟon agreement. A buyer's agent must perform the broker’s minimum duƟes above and must inform the buyer of any material informaƟon about the property or transacƟon known by the agent, including informaƟon disclosed to the agent by the seller or seller’s agent.

Payment for Services Contractor shall exert reasonable and diligent efforts to collect prompt payment from the Commonwealth. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor in proportion to amounts received from the Commonwealth which are attributable to the Services performed by Subcontractor. Payment for Services and Expenses 2.1. The term of the initial contract shall be from , 20 through , 20 . Appointment as Agent 1.1 The Fund hereby appoints DSC Shareholder Services Agent for the Series to provide as agent for the Fund services as Transfer Agent, Dividend Disbursing Agent and Shareholder Servicing Agent and DSC hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to provide the Fund, as its agent, the services described herein.
AGREEMENT FOR SALE 4.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Vendor shall sell and transfer with full title guarantee and the Purchaser shall purchase the Shares with all rights attaching to them, with effect from the Completion Date.
CONTRACT AMOUNT AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES 5.1 Fiscal Year 2020 Contract Amount. The total amount of HHSC's share of this Contract for fiscal year 2020 shall not exceed $3,615,665.86. LIDDA's share of this Contract for fiscal year 2020, the local match, is $289,027.35. The total value of this Contract for fiscal year 2020 shall not exceed $3,904,693.21.
Reserve Banks as Agent For each Certificate, the appropriate Reserve Bank shall be considered to be acting as the agent of Xxxxxx Mae in providing to and conferring upon the owners of the Certificates, as such owners shall appear on the records of such Reserve Bank, the substantive rights and benefits which are provided for herein for Holders of such Certificates. Accordingly, the substantive effect of all provisions herein providing rights and benefits to Holders of such Certificates, including, without limitation, provisions relating to distributions, voting and notices, shall apply to such record owners on the books of the Reserve Bank, through the appropriate Reserve Bank acting as agent for Xxxxxx Xxx.
