Common use of CITICORP TRUSTEE COMPANY Clause in Contracts

LIMITED whose registered office is at Citigroup Centre, 14th Floor, Canada Square, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX (the “Trustee”, which term where the context permits shall include such company and all other persons or companies for the time being acting as the trustee or trustees under the Trust Deed (as defined in the Deed of Charge referred to below));
