LIMITED (registered number 00235914)LIMITED, a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with registered number 00235914 whose principal registered office is at Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX (the Security in its capacity as “Trustee”, which expression shall include such persons company and all other persons or companies for the time being acting as security under the Trust Deed in the capacity of the trustee or security trustees under the Deed of Chargetrustees); and
