Circulation and Parking. Subterranean parking shall meet the requirements of the Building Inspection Department, Fire Department, and City Engineer. All parking shall be mechanically ventilated. No subterranean garage mechanical ventilation will occur in the courtyard area. The exhaust system for mechanically ventilated structures shall be located to mitigate noise and exhaust impacts on the residential units, courtyard, adjoining properties, and public right-of-way. The Developer shall prepare a plan which identifies the location of curbside parking control zones, parking meters, fire hydrants, trees, and street lights. Such plan shall be submitted in conjunction with 100% Construction Drawings.
Circulation and Parking. City and Foundation have shared mutual interests related to circulation and parking in the neighborhoods adjoining and in the vicinity of the Premises, East Beach and the Cabrillo Boulevard corridor. City acknowledges that from time to time Foundation staff and visitors may use the parking facilities located at Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Field and on the streets in the vicinity of the Premises. Foundation acknowledges that the parking facilities located at Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Field are primarily intended to serve park uses occurring at Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Field. Any use of the parking facilities at Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Field by employees or guests of the Zoo is secondary to the park uses and shall occur on a first-come, first-served basis without prior assignment or reservation. City and Foundation covenant and agree to cooperate with one another in connection with the circulation and parking issues associated with the Premises, East Beach and the Cabrillo Boulevard corridor.
Circulation and Parking. Ingress and egress to the site will be provided from Cabot through two driveways to a publicly accessible, central parking area on either side of each of the proposed buildings. Access to the interior portions of the facility would be restricted by gated driveways from the main parking lot and from Cabot Road. Both gates would be monitored by onsite security personnel and also equipped with a Xxxx Box to allow access by emergency vehicles.   • Installation and Use You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.

  • Public Access to Meetings and Records If the Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor shall comply with and be bound by all the applicable provisions of that Chapter. By executing this Agreement, the Contractor agrees to open its meetings and records to the public in the manner set forth in §§12L.4 and 12L.5 of the Administrative Code. Contractor further agrees to make-good faith efforts to promote community membership on its Board of Directors in the manner set xxxxx xx §00X.0 of the Administrative Code. The Contractor acknowledges that its material failure to comply with any of the provisions of this paragraph shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.   • Composition and Meetings The Committee shall be comprised of equal number of representatives of the hospital and from the Union. The number of representatives is to be determined locally, and shall consist of at least two representatives from each party. Meetings of the Committee shall be held during normal working hours. Representatives attending such meetings during their regularly-scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. The Hospital shall make typing and other such clerical assistance available as required. Each party shall appoint a co-chair for the Committee. Co-chairs shall chair alternate meetings of the committee and will be jointly responsible for establishing the agenda of the Committee meetings, preparing minutes and writing such correspondence as the Committee may direct. Disclosure To allow the Labour Adjustment Committee to carry out its mandated role under this Article, the Hospital will provide the Committee with pertinent financial and staffing information and with a copy of any reorganization plans which impact on the bargaining unit. Accountability The Committee shall submit its written recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital and the Board of Trustees. Where there is no consensus within the Committee, the individual members of the committee shall be entitled to submit their own recommendations. Any agreement between the Hospital and the Union resulting from the above review concerning the method of implementation will take precedence over the other provisions of this agreement.

  • PUBLICATION AND PUBLICITY The CONSULTANT agrees that it shall not for any reason whatsoever communicate to any third party in any manner whatsoever concerning any of its CONTRACT work product, its conduct under the CONTRACT, the results or data gathered or processed under this CONTRACT, which includes, but is not limited to, reports, computer information and access, drawings, studies, notes, maps and other data prepared by and for the CONSULTANT under the terms of this CONTRACT, without prior written approval from the COMMISSION, unless such release or disclosure is required by judicial proceeding. The CONSULTANT agrees that it shall immediately refer any third party who requests such information to the COMMISSION and shall also report to the COMMISSION any such third party inquiry. This Article shall not apply to information in whatever form that comes into the public domain, nor shall it restrict the CONSULTANT from giving notices required by law or complying with an order to provide information or data when such order is issued by a court, administrative agency or other authority with proper jurisdiction, or if it is reasonably necessary for the CONSULTANT to defend itself from any suit or claim.
