Church Property. Church property will not be loaned, borrowed, or removed from church premises without prior permission from the church office. Church property such as chairs, tables, tablecloths, etc may be used when using the facility under the rules herein.
Church Property. All music, documents, books and software provided for the Employee’s use by the PCC in connection with his/her work for the Church, and any data or documents (including copies) produced, maintained or stored by the Employee on the PCC's computer systems or other electronic equipment (including mobile phones), shall be and remain the property of the PCC.
Church Property. Equipment or furnishings, which are designated for “inside” the Hall, are not to be removed from the facility and used outside. The grounds outside the Hall, the School, and the Community Plaza ARE NOT part of the Rental Contract; therefore, no one should be outside on the playground or on the asphalt of the school, or in the Community Plaza area during the event unless so indicated in the Area to be Used section. No vehicles are to park inside the fence on the asphalt area of the school yard except for unloading and loading, unless permission has been granted and indicated in the Other Terms and Conditions paragraph. Decorating: No decorations are to be nailed or stapled to the ceiling, light fixtures, doors, walls, floors, etc. Anything affixed to the walls must be secured by using command strips and/or hooks (or a similar brand) or green “frog” tape – NO OTHER TAPE IS ALLOWED. A set back of four (4) feet at all fire exits must be enforced for tables, chairs or other blockages. All items used for decorating that will be placed on the wood floor must have appropriate backing (felt, thick fabric, rubber, etc.) to ensure the floor is not damaged.
Church Property. During the course of the Organist’s tenure, the Board may grant the Organist use of Church property, including the Church organ, piano, administrative facilities, computers, email servers and networks. All such items remain the property of the Board and/or the Church and must be returned upon request or termination of this Agreement. The Organist further acknowledges that all Church computers, laptops, phones or other electronic devices, email servers, computer system and network are Church property, and are to be used only for legitimate and appropriate business purposes.
Church Property. Pursuant to Rule G-4.0203 of the Book of Order, ICPC holds in trust for the benefit of PC (USA) the property and structures at 00000 X. Xxxxxx Xx., Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 with a total appraisal value of $1,420,000.00 (hereinafter "PROPERTY"). A onetime payment in the amount of $75,000.00 from ICPC to the PRESBYTERY shall be full consideration for said real property, all contents and personal property.
Church Property. 35. The electric piano in the theatre is the property of the Unitarian Church and is not be used unless special arrangement has been made through the Program Coordinator in advance. Pre-Performance Announcements
Church Property. The Church shall be responsible for and pay to maintain, repair and replace the sidewalks adjacent to the Church Property, except as provided in Section 10.3. The Church shall undertake or cause a contractor or its employees to sweep and plow and remove snow on the sidewalks located on Church Property and located within the right-of-way adjacent to the Church Property. Except as provided in Section 10.3 and, to the extent required by applicable law, the Church will pay any special assessment levied against the Church Property for repair and replacement cost for sidewalks located in the right-of-way adjacent to the Church Property.
