Church Property. All music, documents, books and software provided for the Employee’s use by the PCC in connection with his/her work for the Church, and any data or documents (including copies) produced, maintained or stored by the Employee on the PCC's computer systems or other electronic equipment (including mobile phones), shall be and remain the property of the PCC.

Decorating: No decorations are to be nailed or stapled to the ceiling, light fixtures, doors, walls, floors, etc. Anything affixed to the walls must be secured by using command strips and/or hooks (or a similar brand) or green “frog” tape – NO OTHER TAPE IS ALLOWED. A set back of four (4) feet at all fire exits must be enforced for tables, chairs or other blockages. All items used for decorating that will be placed on the wood floor must have appropriate backing (felt, thick fabric, rubber, etc.) to ensure the floor is not damaged.
Church Property. During the course of the Organist’s tenure, the Board may grant the Organist use of Church property, including the Church organ, piano, administrative facilities, computers, email servers and networks. All such items remain the property of the Board and/or the Church and must be returned upon request or termination of this Agreement.
