Common use of CHRISTMAS BONUS Clause in Contracts

CHRISTMAS BONUS. As prescribed by Federal Labor Law, the Executive shall receive payment of 15 (fifteen) days of his Annual Base Salary as a Christmas bonus, which shall be paid by the Company before the twentieth of December of each year. For any calendar year in which Executive is not employed by the Company for the entire calendar year, the Christmas bonus shall be reduced for that year in proportion to the amount of time Executive was not employed by the Company.

CHRISTMAS BONUS. As prescribed by The Executive shall enjoy a Christmas bonus equivalent to 15 days' base salary, payable no later than the twentieth day of December each year, pursuant to Article 87 of the Federal Labor Law, . Such amount that is also included within the Executive shall receive payment of 15 (fifteen) days of his Annual Base Salary as a Christmas bonus, which shall be paid by the Company before the twentieth of December of each year. For any calendar year gross annual compensation set forth above established in which Executive is not employed by the Company for the entire calendar year, the Christmas bonus shall be reduced for that year in proportion to the amount of time Executive was not employed by the CompanySection 7 above.

CHRISTMAS BONUS. As prescribed by The Executive will be entitled to receive a Christmas bonus equivalent to 30 days of base salary, to be paid prior to December 20 of each year, pursuant to article 87 of the Federal Labor Law, . This benefit is also included in the Executive shall receive payment of 15 (fifteen) days of his Annual Base Salary as a Christmas bonus, which shall be paid by the Company before the twentieth of December of each year. For any calendar year gross annual compensation established in which Executive is not employed by the Company for the entire calendar year, the Christmas bonus shall be reduced for that year in proportion to the amount of time Executive was not employed by the CompanyClause 7.1 above.
