CHRISTMAS BONUS. 21.01 The Company agrees to provide a Christmas bonus to full-time employees. The payment will be as follows: - one (1) week’s pay to all full-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Company for more than one (1) year as at December 15th of the current year; or - three quarters (¾) of a week’s pay to all full-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Company for more than nine (9) months as of December 15th of the current year; or - half (½) of a week’s pay to all full-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Company for more than six (6) months as of December 15th of the current year.
