Common use of CHRISTMAS BONUS Clause in Contracts

CHRISTMAS BONUS. 16.01 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed six (6) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of fifteen ($l5.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th.

CHRISTMAS BONUS. 16.01 22.01 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company Employer as of June 10, 2012 and actively employed on December 1st in any of each year who have completed six (6) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus bonus of fifteen fifty ($l5.0050.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th. Part-time employees hired after June 10, 2012 who qualify as noted above will receive twenty- five ($25.00) dollars.
