Common use of Choice of Vacation Period Clause in Contracts

Choice of Vacation Period. Increments: Vacations may be scheduled in one-day increments, except that employees may request vacation leave time of no less than one (1) hour duration sixteen (16) times during a fiscal year. All vacation will be subject to pre-approval as determined by the Employer and will be taken at such times as will not interfere with the efficient scheduling of the Employer.
