The Board of School Directors shall develop policy and programs for offering intra-district choice to the families or guardians of students matriculating in grades for which the Unified District operates multiple buildings as soon as practicable. Choice may be limited only where necessary to the legitimate operational needs of the Unified District and any applicable legal requirements. Policies respecting choice shall consider issues including, but not limited to, transportation, socio-economic equity, proximity to the selected building, unity of siblings, and the capacities of receiving schools and sending schools.
Choice. Selections to be recorded hereunder shall be chosen by Artist and Company. In the event Artist and Company cannot agree, Company shall have right to choose selection(s) it deems to be in best interest of Artist. Artist may submit material at all times.
Choice. You are eligible for BIW’s Healthcare Program once you have completed your probationary period. You have three healthcare options available to you and your eligible dependents: • Physician Open Access (POA) • Primary Care Physician Select (PCPS) • Personal Health Account Plan (PHAP) All options cover doctor visits, hospitalization, surgery, prescription drugs, mental health and substance abuse treatment, routine physical exams, child immunizations and check-ups, mammograms, and other services. The options differ in the amount you must contribute from your weekly paycheck and the amounts you pay when you obtain services. Other options may be available to you if your primary residence is outside the Network Area.
Choice. The state must ensure that at the time of initial enrollment and on an ongoing basis, the individuals have a minimum of two plans meeting all readiness requirements from which to choose. If at any time, the state is unable to offer two plans, an alternative delivery system must be available within 60 days of loss of plan choice.
