Childcare Subsidy. Effective January 1, 2009, the University will provide childcare subsidies to OPE members with Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten children. Childcare subsidy will increase 10% in Year 1 (2009) and 5% in Year 2 (2010). The fund shall pay all qualified applicants in accordance with the following schedule:

Childcare Subsidy. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy for the first building in the Project, Developer shall create a separate, interest- bearing trust fund and make a contribution in the amount of $179,000. The required childcare linkage fee that would otherwise be payable in accordance with Chapter 9.72 of the Zoning Ordinance is $174,000 is being voluntarily applied by the Developer towards the childcare subsidy. The contribution shall be made and distributed in accordance with an application process to be approved by the Planning Director. The contribution shall be used exclusively to provide subsidies to persons using childcare services in the City. When awarding childcare grants or subsidies, first priority should be given to low-income households with consideration given to family size, income and need. Subject to the foregoing, preference should be given to Pico Neighborhood residents.

SCEA members who have their children enrolled in before or after-school care within Xxxxxx Creek Community Schools will receive a 75% subsidy on their before and after-school care payments. The association member will pay 25% of the cost, while the district will cover 75% through a fee reduction.
Childcare Subsidy. In recognition of the importance of good quality childcare, Inland Revenue will provide a subsidy to employees with pre-school children (who live with the employee). The subsidy will be payable only for periods where the employee is the principal provider of care for the child. • $20.00 per week for each child; or • $25.00 per week for each child if the employee has standard hours of work that enable Inland Revenue to require them to work after 6.00pm. The subsidy will not extend beyond the child's fifth birthday. The employee to whom the subsidy is payable is required to advise Inland Revenue, in writing, of the child's birth date before the subsidy is payable, or any change in circumstances that may affect eligibility for the subsidy. The subsidy will not be payable where Inland Revenue provides any equivalent or higher childcare subsidy or facility.

  • Health Care Spending Account After six (6) months of permanent employment, full time and part time (20/40 or greater) employees may elect to participate in a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) Program designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The HCSA Program allows employees to set aside a predetermined amount of money from their pay, not to exceed the maximum amount authorized by federal law, per calendar year, of before tax dollars, for health care expenses not reimbursed by any other health benefit plans. HCSA dollars may be expended on any eligible medical expenses allowed by Internal Revenue Code Section 125. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • HEALTH CARE PLANS ‌ Notwithstanding the references to the Pacific Blue Cross Plans in this article, the parties agree that Employers, who are not currently providing benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans may continue to provide the benefits through another carrier providing that the overall level of benefits is comparable to the level of benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans.

  • Health Care Savings Plan As provided in this Agreement, eligible ASF Members will participate in the health care savings plan (HCSP) established under Minnesota Statute 352.98, and as administered by the Plan Administrator. The Employer is responsible only for transferring funds, as specified in this agreement, to the Plan Administrator.

  • Dental Care Plan The Welfare Plan will include a Dental Care Plan which will reimburse members for expenses incurred in respect of the coverages summarized in Appendix "1". The Plan will not duplicate benefits provided now or which may be provided in the future by any government program.

  • Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement A. During January 2020 and again in January 2021, the Employer will make available two hundred fifty dollars ($250) in a medical flexible spending arrangement (FSA) account for each bargaining unit member represented by a Union in the Coalition described in RCW 41.80.020(3), who meets the criteria in Subsection 28.7(B) below.

  • Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Minority and/or Women’s Business Enterprise (“MBE” and/or “WBE”) participation plan as detailed in the Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises Subcontractor Commitment Form, commonly referred to as “Attachment A” in the procurement documentation and incorporated by reference herein. Therefore, any changes to this information during the Contract term must be approved by MWBE Compliance and may require an amendment. Requests for changes must be submitted to XXXXXxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.XX.xxx for review and approval before changing the participation plan submitted in connection with this Contract. The Contractor shall report payments made to Division certified subcontractors under this Contract on a monthly basis using Pay Audit. The Contractor shall notify subcontractors that they must confirm payments received from the Contractor in Pay Audit. The Pay Audit system can be accessed on the IDOA webpage at: xxx.xx.xxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Contractor may also be required to report Division certified subcontractor payments directly to the Division, as reasonably requested and in the format required by the Division. The Contractor’s failure to comply with the provisions in this clause may be considered a material breach of the Contract.
