Child Support Policy. Seller and any of its subcontractor(s) must fully comply with all applicable state and federal employment reporting requirements for Seller’s and any Seller’s subcontractor(s)’ employees. Seller and any of its subcontractor(s) must fully comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment in accordance with the California Family Code. Seller and any of its subcontractor(s) must certify that the principal owner(s) thereof (any person who owns an interest of 10 percent or more) are in compliance with any Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders or Notices of Assignment applicable to them personally. Seller and any of its subcontractor(s) must certify that such compliance will be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement. Failure of Seller and/or any of its subcontractor(s) to fully comply with all applicable reporting requirements or to implement lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignments or Notices of Assignment or failure of the principal owner(s) to comply with any Wage and Earnings Assignments or Notices of Assignment applicable to them personally shall constitute a Default under this Agreement. Failure of Seller and/or any of its subcontractor(s) or principal owner(s) thereof to cure the default within ninety (90) days of notice of such Default by Buyer shall subject this Agreement to termination.

Child Support Policy. In accordance with the City of Los Angeles Ordinance No. 172401, the Department requires all contractors and subcontractors performing work for the Department to comply with all reporting requirements and wage earning assignments relative to court ordered child support. Seller is required to complete, sign, and submit the “Certification of Compliance with Child Support Obligations” affidavit.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Performance and Compliance with Contracts and Credit and Collection Policy The Seller shall (and shall cause the Servicer to), at its expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under the Contracts related to the Receivables, and timely and fully comply in all material respects with the applicable Credit and Collection Policies with regard to each Receivable and the related Contract.

For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

  • Customer Agreement In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other agreement between the Bank and the Customer relating to the Account, the terms of this Agreement will prevail, and in all other respects the terms of the other agreement relating to the Account shall apply with respect to any matters not covered by this Agreement. Regardless of any provision in any such agreement, the State of New York shall be deemed to be the Bank’s location for the purposes of this Agreement and the perfection and priority of the Secured Party’s security interest in the Account.
