Child Support Obligations. Pursuant to Section 231.006, Texas Family Code (relating to child support), the Contractor, by signing this Contract, certifies that it is not ineligible to receive a payments under this Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

Child Support Obligations. By his/her signature on this agreement, the MEMBER hereby certifies that he/she is not currently behind in court-ordered child support payments, and if subject to a current child support order, will continue to remit all payments as ordered by the court throughout the term of service. Both the PROGRAM and the MEMBER understands that failure to comply with this certification may result in the immediate termination of the MEMBER’s service for cause as outlined elsewhere in this agreement.
Child Support Obligations. Pursuant to the LAAC, Division 10, Chapter 1, Article 1, Section 10.10 et seq., contractors and subcontractors performing work for the City must comply with all reporting requirements and File 8026, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Ltd Wage and Earning Assignment Orders relative to legally mandated child support and certify that contractors/subcontractors will maintain such compliance throughout the term of the contract. Child Support Obligations. As required by state law, a child support obligor who is more than thirty (30) days delinquent in paying child support, and a business entity in which theobligor Is a sole proprietor, partner, shareholder, or owner with anownership interest of at least twenty-five percent (25%) is not eligible to receive payments from state funds under a contract to provide property, materials, or services until all arrearages have been paid, or the obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement;
Child Support Obligations. Pursuant to Section 231.006(d) of the Texas Family Code, regarding child support, Contractor certifies that the individuals or business entity named in this Contract are not ineligible to receive the specified payment and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if the certification is inaccurate. Furthermore, any Contractor subject to Section 231.006 of the Texas Government Code, must provide names and Social Security numbers of each person with at least 25% ownership of the Contractor’s business entity. This information must be provided to CPA in writing signed by Xxxxxxxxxx’s duly authorized representative prior to execution of this Contract. By submission of this Contract signed by Contractor without submission of required identity disclosures pursuant to § 231.006(d), Texas Family Code, constitutes a certification by Contractor that no individual or sole proprietor or partner, shareholder, or owner has an ownership interest of at least 25% of the business entity identified as Contractor.

  • Child Support Obligation Under Section 231.006(d) of the Texas Family Code regarding child support, Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response is not ineligible to receive the specified payment and acknowledges that the Contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Delinquent Child Support Obligations A child support obligor who is more than 30 days delinquent in paying child support and a business entity in which the obligor is a sole proprietor, partner, shareholder, or owner with an ownership interest of at least 25 percent is not eligible to receive payments from state funds under an agreement to provide property, materials, or services until all arrearages have been paid or the obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement or court order as to any existing delinquency. The Texas Family Code requires the following statement: “Under Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, the vendor or applicant certifies that the individual or business entity named in this contract, bid, or application is not ineligible to receive the specified grant, loan, or payment and acknowledges that this contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.”

  • Child Support Payments Child Support payments for the Children Outside the Couple shall be made by the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife to the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife in payments of $ due each month commencing on the 1st of the month following a petition for Divorce being filed in the jurisdiction of Governing Law (“Child Support”). Child Support shall continue until the first of the following events:

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order A child who would otherwise meet the eligibility requirements and is required to be covered by a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) is considered an eligible dependent.

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she:

  • PROCUREMENT OBLIGATIONS Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Part B, where in this Part B the Customer accepts an obligation to procure that a Former Supplier does or does not do something, such obligation shall be limited so that it extends only to the extent that the Customer's contract with the Former Supplier contains a contractual right in that regard which the Customer may enforce, or otherwise so that it requires only that the Customer must use reasonable endeavours to procure that the Former Supplier does or does not act accordingly.

  • Additional Obligations of Applicant Section 8.1.

  • Credit Support A Credit Support Document between the Parties may apply to obligations governed by the Agreement. If the Parties have executed a Credit Support Document, such Credit Support Document shall be subject to the terms of the Agreement and is hereby incorporated by reference in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a Credit Support Document and the Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail, except for any provision in such Credit Support Document in respect of governing law.

  • Obligations of Customer Axway’s indemnification obligation is contingent upon the Customer: (a) giving immediate written notice to Axway of any such Infringement Claim; (b) giving Axway control of the defense and related settlement negotiations, provided , however that Axway will obtain the Customer’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, if any settlement of such an Infringement Claim requires Customer to admit liability, take or refrain from taking any particular action other than cessation of use of the infringing Services, Product, or Deliverable , and (c) assisting in the defense at Axway’s reasonable request, provided Axway agrees to pay Customer’s reasonable expenses in connection therewith. The Customer may participate in such defense and in any settlement discussions directly or through counsel of the Cus tomer’s choice, at the Customer’s expense, provided such participation does not materially prejudice Axway’s sole control of the defense or cause Axway to incur material additional costs in the conduct of such defense .

  • CHILD SUPPORT CERTIFICATION Under Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, the Engineer certifies that the individual or business entity named in this contract, bid, or application is not ineligible to receive the specified grant, loan, or payment and acknowledges that this contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate. If the above certification is shown to be false, the Engineer is liable to the state for attorney’s fees, the cost necessary to complete the contract, including the cost of advertising and awarding a second contract, and any other damages provided by law or the contract. A child support obligor or business entity ineligible to receive payments because of a payment delinquency of more than thirty (30) days remains ineligible until: all arrearages have been paid; the obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement or court order as to any existing delinquency; or the court of continuing jurisdiction over the child support order has granted the obligor an exemption from Subsection (a) of Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, as part of a court- supervised effort to improve earnings and child support payments.
