SPREP will ensure that the Sup- plier has access to this policy prior to execu- tion of the Agreement, and the Supplier may make enquiries of SPREP around the applica- tion of, or updates to, the policy at any time during the Agreement Period. ii. If the Supplier becomes non-compliant with this policy during the Agreement Period, the Supplier must notify SPREP. (b)
