Common use of Child Care Expenses Clause in Contracts

Child Care Expenses. The Employer shall reimburse each employee for child care expenses, arising from working extended hours or travel required by the Employer, not to exceed $1,000.00 (effective January 1, 2012) per calendar year. Claims made on the monthly statement of expenses will be reimbursed, up to the annual maximum, provided employees include on the statement of expenses the date on which each expense was incurred, the related cost, and the work assignment which necessitated the additional child care expense.

Child Care Expenses. The Employer shall reimburse each employee for child and/or elder care expenses, arising from working extended hours or travel required by the Employer, not to exceed $1,000.00 (effective January 1, 2012) 1,200.00 in total in any combination per calendar year. Claims made on the monthly statement of expenses will be reimbursed, up to the annual maximum, provided employees include on the statement of expenses in a timely manner, the date on which each expense was incurred, the related cost, and the work assignment which necessitated the additional child or elder care expense, and provided a receipt is submitted.
