Chief Officer. 6.1 The Chief Officer has both strategic and operational responsibility for the delivery of services. The Chief Officer will be directly responsible to and line-managed by the Chief Executive Officers of both Parties, and via the Chief Executive Officers is responsible to NHS Highland and the Council. The Chief Officer is also accountable to Argyll and Bute Integration Joint Board.
Chief Officer. 8.1 The Integration Joint Board shall appoint a Chief Officer in accordance with section 10 of the Act. The arrangements in relation to the Chief Officer agreed by the Parties are: The Chief Officer is a member of the senior management team of both the Health Board and the Council The Chief Officer will be appointed by the Integration Joint Board, employed by one of the Parties and seconded by that Party to the Integration Joint Board. The Chief Officer will attend Senior Management Team meetings of the Health Board and the Council, and will work with the senior management team of both Parties as required to carry out functions in accordance with the Strategic Plan. The Chief Officer is line managed jointly by the Chief Executives of the Council and the Health Board and is accountable to both Parties. The Chief Officer will have delegated operational responsibility for delivery of integrated services, as outlined in Annexes 1, 2 and 4 of this Scheme except as they are exercised for acute hospital services. The Health Board Chief Executive is responsible for the operational management and performance of acute services and will provide regular updates to the Chief Officer on this. The structural arrangements at senior officer level within Glasgow City include the positions of Chief Officer Operations; Chief Officer, Planning and Strategy and Chief Social Work Officer; and a Chief Finance and Resources Officer. The absence of the Chief Officer for any period will be covered by one of these post-holders. The Chief Officer will nominate a senior officer to act for him or her during periods of absence. In the absence of a nomination, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Integration Joint Board and the Chief Executives of both Parties will agree a person to act.

Chief Officer. The IJB shall appoint a Chief Officer in accordance with the Act. The arrangements for the Chief Officer are:
Chief Officer. 9.1 The Argyll & Bute Integration Joint Board shall appoint a Chief Officer in accordance with section 10 of the Act, who by virtue of that appointment shall also be the Chief Officer of the Partnership. This Scheme does not allow for the Chief Officer to be the same individual as the Chief Social Work Officer.
Chief Officer. The Chief Officer will be accountable directly to the Integration Joint Board for the preparation, implementation and reporting on the Strategic Plan.
Chief Officer. The Act states that each partnership must appoint a Chief Officer who will lead the partnership arrangements. This clause details the role and responsibilities of the Chief Officer for the planning and delivery of integrated services. It sets out who the Chief Officer reports to, and what happens if the Chief Officer is not available.
Chief Officer. 6.1. In accordance with section 10 of the Act, the IJB shall appoint a Chief Officer. The Parties agree that the officer so appointed will be made a member of their respective senior management teams. This will enable the Chief Officer to work with senior management of both Parties to carry out the functions of the RHSCP in accordance with the Strategic Plan.
Chief Officer. Xxx Xxxxx currently has a Chief Compliance Officer with responsibility for administering Xxx Xxxxx'x Compliance Program. Xxx Xxxxx shall continue to employ an individual to serve as its Chief Compliance Officer during the term of this Decree. After the Effective Date, the Chief Compliance Officer shall be responsible for directing and implementing systems, processes, policies, and procedures to promote and require compliance with this Decree, FDA Requirements, and Federal l-lealth Care Program Requirements. The Chief Compliance Officer is, and shall continue to be, a member ofsenior executive management of Xxx Xxxxx. The Chief Compliance Officer shall make periodic (at least semi- annual) written reports regard ing compliance with this Decree directly to the Board of Directors (or its designated subcommittee), and shall be authorized to report in writing on compliance with this Decree to the Board of Directors at any time. The Chief Compliance Officer shall be authorized to request that the Board of Directors (or its designated subcommittee) retain outside counsel in appropriate circumstances. The Chief Compliance Officer shall continue to be responsible for monitoring Xxx Xxxxx'x day-to-day compliance activities and shall be responsible for all obligations created under this Decree. Xxx Xxxxx shall report to the Government, in writing, any changes in the identity ofor any material changes in the position description ofthe Chief Compliance Officer, or any material actions or changes that could affect the Chief Compliance Officer's ability to perform the duties necessary to meet the obligations in this Decree, within fifteen (I 5) business days after such a change.
