Chief Financial Officer Certificate. The Company shall have furnished to the Representative a certificate, dated such Closing Date, of its Chief Financial Officer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative.
Chief Financial Officer Certificate. On the date of this Agreement and at the Closing Time, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Chief Financial Officer Certificate. At the time of the execution of this Agreement and at the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received from the chief financial officer of the Company a certificate in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
Chief Financial Officer Certificate. On the Closing Date, the Placement Agent shall have received a certificate of Chief Financial Officer addressed to the Placement Agent and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects to the Placement Agent and Placement Agent’ counsel.
Chief Financial Officer Certificate. A certificate from the chief financial officer of the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, substantially in the same form and substance as the letter furnished to the Representatives pursuant to Section 5(p) hereof.
Chief Financial Officer Certificate. The Representatives shall have received on and as of the Closing Date a certificate of the chief financial officer of MPT, substantially in the form attached as Annex D hereto.
Chief Financial Officer Certificate. The Representatives shall have received on the date hereof and as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, a certificate of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, on behalf of the Company for itself and as sole member of the general partner of the Operating Partnership, substantially in the form attached as Annex D hereto.
Chief Financial Officer Certificate. The Transaction Entities shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate of the Transaction Entities, signed by each of their chief financial officers, substantially in the form of Annex E hereto, dated the date of this agreement.
Chief Financial Officer Certificate. The Underwriters shall have received from the Company on each of the date hereof, the Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, if any, a certificate from the Chief Financial Officer regarding certain financial information included in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, in form and substance satisfactory to the Underwriters.
Chief Financial Officer Certificate. Jxxxxx shall have received the Comfort Letter required to be delivered pursuant Section 7(s) on or before the date on which such delivery of such Comfort Letter is required pursuant to Section 7(s)
