Common use of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Clause in Contracts

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. The Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer (the "Treasurer") shall, under the direction of the Member and Board of Managers, perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her, from time to time, by the other Officers, Board of Managers or the Member.

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. The Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer (the "Treasurer") shall, under subject to the direction of the Member and Board Board, have general charge of Managers, perform all duties incident to the office financial affairs of Treasurer the Company and shall cause to be kept accurate books of account. Each of the Chief Financial Officer and the Treasurer controls, audits and arranges the financial affairs of the Corporation, consistent with the responsibilities delegated to each of them by the Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer or President. The Chief Financial Officer or Treasurer, as the case may be, receives and Treasurer (deposits all monies belonging to the "Treasurer") shall, under Corporation and pays out the direction of same only in such manner as the Member and Board of Managers, perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as Directors may be assigned to him or her, from time to timetime determine, by and will have such other powers and must perform such other duties as the other Officers, Board of Managers or the MemberDirectors may require.

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. The Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer shall (a) have the "Treasurer") shall, under care and custody of all the direction moneys and securities of the Member Company, (b) keep or cause to be kept complete and accurate books of account of all moneys received and paid on account of the Company, (c) sign such instruments as require the Treasurer’s signature, and (d) have such other authority and perform such other duties as usually pertain to the office or as the Board of Managers, perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer Chief Executive Officer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as the President may be assigned to him or her, from time to time, by the other Officers, Board of Managers or the Memberprescribe.
