Chief Court Administrator. When the answer at Step 2 does not resolve the grievance, the grievance shall be submitted by the Union representative, or the grievant, or both, to the Chief Court Administrator or his designee within fourteen (14) days of the response at Step 2. Within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the grievance, a meeting shall ordinarily be held with the employee, or the Union, or both, and a written response shall be issued within thirty (30) days after receipt of the grievance.
