Checks and Deposit Slips. You will use only approved check and deposit slips. You will verify your name, address, telephone, and the numbers in the magnetic ink character recognition line across the bottom and the face of each document in each order of checks and deposit slips. If there is an error, you will not use the affected documents, but will notify us and the printer immediately. You will not hold us responsible for any amount beyond the replacement cost of any order that is placed through us (and you will bear costs of any order not placed through us). You will not order checks with the same check serial number on every check. Each check must be sequentially numbered. You understand that we or another bank may use image technology to archive copies of your checks and deposit tickets. You agree that you will only use checks and deposit slips and, when completing documents, will only use ink that can be imaged and that will produce a clear image of the check or deposit ticket.

Checks and Deposit Slips. Checks and deposit slip prices vary according to the types of Checks and deposit slips you select. You can obtain information on the current price of Checks and deposit slips by contacting a branch. You can order Checks and deposit slips through us or through someone other than us. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information shown on your Checks and deposit slips. If you arrange for the printing of your own Checks or deposit slips, you must follow our printing specification requirements as provided at Account opening. We are not responsible for losses or delays that result from improper printing through someone other than us. We may refuse to accept for deposit or to pay Checks that we cannot process or image using our normal equipment.

You agree to only use checks and deposit slips and, when completing documents, only use ink that can be imaged and that will produce a clear image of the check or deposit ticket. You agree to hold us harmless from, and that you are responsible for, delays in processing and/or losses you or we incur due to (a) improper printing and/or incorrect information on checks and/or deposit slips, (b) presentation of checks or deposit slips that cannot be processed in our normal operations, and/or (c) use of checks, deposit slips or ink that adversely impacts imaging.

  • WITHDRAWALS AND DEPOSITS Unless You have made other arrangements with Us, amounts credited to Your Account as a result of deposits using the Debit Card will not be available for withdrawal until the deposits are verified and negotiable items such as cheques are paid. Withdrawals or transfers effected by the use of the Debit Card will be debited to Your Account at the time they are made. You will not deposit any coins or worthless, counterfeit or fraudulent items to Your Account, into any ATM, or using Your Mobile Device, and will pay to Us any damages, costs or losses suffered by Us as a result of any such deposit.

  • Checking Accounts The Credit Union may refuse any check or other item drawn against your account or used to withdraw funds from your account if it is not on a form approved by us. We also reserve the right to refuse any check or other item drawn against your account or used to withdraw funds from your account if made in a manner not specifically authorized for your account, if made more frequently or in a greater number than specifically permitted for your account, or if made in an amount less than the minimum withdrawal or transfer specifically permitted for your account. If we accept a check or other item not on a form approved by us, you will be responsible for any loss by us in handling the item. We may pay checks or other items drawn upon your account in any order determined by us, even if paying a particular check or item results in an insufficient balance in your account to pay one or more other items that otherwise could have been paid out of your account. Because of the nature of the Credit Union check program, neither the Credit Union nor any other processing entities shall be responsible for the authenticity of the checks with regard to the signature or alterations; and checks, when presented, shall be paid without verification. We may disregard all information on or any writing or memorandum attached to any check or item except for your signature, the amount and the information that is magnetically encoded. You agree that we do not fail to use ordinary care because our procedures do not provide for sight examination. You will notify us immediately if you learn or have reason to know that any of your checks have been lost or stolen. If you are negligent in safeguarding your checks or if there is a processing problem due to your use of a check printer we do not approve, we will not have any liability or responsibility for any losses you incur as a result if we act in good faith pursuant to standard commercial practices.

  • Returned Deposits Any credit to your account for checks deposited using Mobile Deposit is provisional. If original checks deposited through Mobile Deposit are dishonored, rejected, returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are rejected or returned by a clearing agent or collecting bank, for any reason, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the quality of the image, you agree that an original check will not be returned to you and that we may charge back the amount of the original check and provide you with an image of the original check, a paper reproduction of the original check, or a substitute check. You will reimburse us for all loss, cost, damage or expense caused by, or relating to, the processing of the returned item. Without our approval, you shall not attempt to deposit or otherwise negotiate an original check if it has been charged back to you. We may debit any of your accounts to obtain payment for any item that has been rejected or returned, for any adjustment related to such item or for any warranty claim related to such item, whether or not the rejection, return, adjustment or warranty claim was made timely.

  • Unclaimed Deposits Fifteen (15) months following the Bank Closing Date, the Assuming Institution will provide the Receiver a listing of all deposit accounts, including the type of account, not claimed by the depositor. The Receiver will review the list and authorize the Assuming Institution to act on behalf of the Receiver to send a “Final Legal Notice” in a form substantially similar to Exhibit 2.3A to the owner(s) of the unclaimed deposits reminding them of the need to claim or arrange to continue their account(s) with the Assuming Institution. The Assuming Institution will send the “Final Legal Notice” to the depositors within thirty (30) days following notification of the Receiver’s authorization. The Assuming Institution will prepare an Affidavit of Mailing and will forward the Affidavit of Mailing to the Receiver after mailing out the “Final Legal Notice” in a form substantially similar to Exhibit 2.3B to the owner(s) of unclaimed deposit accounts. If, within eighteen (18) months after Bank Closing, any depositor of the Failed Bank does not claim or arrange to continue such depositor’s Deposit assumed pursuant to Section 2.1 at the Assuming Institution, the Assuming Institution shall, within fifteen (15) Business Days after the end of such eighteen (18) month period, (i) refund to the Receiver the full amount of each such deposit (without reduction for service charges), (ii) provide to the Receiver a schedule of all such refunded Deposits in such form as may be prescribed by the Receiver, and (iii) assign, transfer, convey, and deliver to the Receiver, all right, title, and interest of the Assuming Institution in and to the Records previously transferred to the Assuming Institution and other records generated or maintained by the Assuming Institution pertaining to such Deposits. During such eighteen (18) month period, at the request of the Receiver, the Assuming Institution promptly shall provide to the Receiver schedules of unclaimed deposits in such form as may be prescribed by the Receiver.

  • Deposit Accounts Neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary shall maintain any Deposit Accounts, or accounts holding Investment Property, except with respect to which Lender has an Account Control Agreement.

  • Checks All checks or demands for money and notes of the Corporation shall be signed by such officer or officers or such other person or persons as the Board of Directors may from time to time designate.

If you are unable to complete your deposit promptly, you will ensure that your mobile device remains securely in your possession until the deposit has been completed. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized deposits. You will ensure the safety and integrity of original checks from the time of receipt until the time of destruction. If warranted in our reasonable judgment, we may audit and monitor you, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under this Agreement.

  • Account Statements and Requesting Account Records Unless your Account is restricted you may view and download your PayPal account statement by logging into your PayPal account. You agree to review your transactions through your PayPal account history instead of receiving periodic statements by email. You will receive important information about your payments and payment receipts by e- mail immediately after a transaction. Your transaction history will also be updated and made available to you at any time by logging into your account. You can also access a downloadable report from your PayPal account. This will show all fees incurred and any other amounts charged to your PayPal account in the relevant period. The report will only be updated and made available if there has been any activity on your PayPal account or any fees have been incurred in the relevant period. The way in which we provide the transaction information will allow you to store and reproduce the information unchanged, for example by printing a copy. We reserve the right to charge a fee for providing you with additional information or for providing the transaction history and other information about fees in a different way but we won’t charge you for records requested in connection with your good-faith assertion of an error in your PayPal account.

  • New Accounts Contractor may ask State Agencies and other Authorized Users to provide information in order to facilitate the opening of a customer account, including documentation of eligibility to use New York State Contracts, agency code, name, address, and contact person. State Agencies shall not be required to provide credit references.

  • Deposit Limits We reserve the right to impose limits on the amount(s) and/or number of deposits that you transmit using the Services and to modify such limits from time to time.
