Common use of CHECK-OFF Clause in Contracts

CHECK-OFF. CSEA shall have the sole and exclusive right to have membership dues, initiation, and service fees deducted for Unit Members by the District. The District shall, upon appropriate written authorization from any Unit Member, deduct and make appropriate remittance for insurance premiums, credit union payments, charitable donations, and other plans or programs jointly approved by CSEA and the District. The District shall pay to the designated payee, within a reasonable amount of time, all sums so deducted.

The District shall pay to the designated payee, Association within a reasonable amount of time, all sums so deductedtime thereafter.

CHECK-OFF. 9.2.1. CSEA shall have the sole and exclusive right to have membership dues, initiation, dues and service fees deducted for Unit Members employees in the bargaining unit by the District. CSEA shall provide the District with a current schedule of its authorized dues and service fees. The District shall, upon appropriate written authorization from any Unit Memberemployee, deduct and make appropriate remittance for insurance premiums, credit union payments, savings bonds, charitable donations, and or other plans or programs jointly approved by CSEA and the District. The District shall pay to the designated payee, within a reasonable amount of time, all sums so deducted.

CHECK-OFF. CSEA shall have the sole and exclusive right to have membership dues, initiation, 11 and service fees deducted for Unit Members unit members in the bargaining unit by the District. The District shall, upon 12 appropriate written authorization from any Unit Memberunit member, deduct and make appropriate remittance for insurance premiums, credit union payments, charitable donations, all 13 deductions required by law and any other plans or programs jointly approved by CSEA and the District. The 14 District shall pay promptly to the designated payee, within a reasonable amount of time, payee all sums so deducted.

The District shall, upon appropriate written authorization authorizations from any Unit Memberbargaining unit employee, deduct and make appropriate remittance for credit union deposits and/or payments, insurance premiums, credit union paymentstax–deferred programs, charitable donations, contributions and other plans or programs jointly approved by CSEA the District and the DistrictCSEA. The District shall pay all sums so deducted to the designated payee, payee within a reasonable amount of time, all sums so deducted.
