Common use of CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES Clause in Contracts

CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES. 7:01 The Employer will deduct from the pay of each employee, who is covered by this Agreement, to whom any money is due in that pay period and who has attained seniority, his/her regular Union Dues and Special Union Assessments applicable to all members and authorized under the Union's constitution. The Union will notify the Employer in writing of the amount of such dues, from time to time, and in the case of special assessments at least fifteen (15) working days' notification must be given.

CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES. 7:01 6.01 The Employer will agrees to deduct Union dues and assessments from the pay wages of each employee, who is all employees covered by this Agreement, such Union dues and assessments as shall be decided from time to whom any money is due in that pay period and who has attained seniority, his/her regular Union Dues and Special Union Assessments applicable to all members and authorized under time by the Union's constitution. The Union will notify shall advise the Employer two months in writing advance of the amount of such dues, from time to time, and in the case of special assessments at least fifteen (15) working days' notification must be givenany changes.

CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES. 7:01 7.1 The Employer will agrees to deduct from the pay of each employee, who is covered by this Agreement, to whom any money is due in that pay period Union dues and who has attained seniority, his/her regular special Union Dues and Special Union Assessments assessments applicable to all members and authorized under the Union's constitution. The Union will notify Constitution from the Employer in writing pay of every employee within the scope of this Agreement; and to transmit the total amount of such dues, deductions to the Local Union Treasurer by the 15th of the month following the month such deductions are made. Deductions shall be taken from time to time, each pay and in shall be accompanied by a list of employees from whose wages the case of special assessments at least fifteen (15) working days' notification must be givendeductions were made.

CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES. 7:01 6.01 (a) The Employer will shall deduct from every employee any dues, initiations of assessments, levied in accordance with the pay of each employee, who is covered by this Agreement, Union Constitution and/or By-Laws and owing to whom any money is due in that pay period and who has attained seniority, his/her regular Union Dues and Special Union Assessments applicable to all members and authorized under the Union's constitution. The Union will notify , each pay and forward the Employer in writing money deducted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the amount Union not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of such duesthe month following if possible, from time to time, and in together with the case names of special assessments at least fifteen (15) working days' notification must be giventhe employees added or deleted during that period.

CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES. 7:01 - Check-off Payments The Employer will shall deduct from every employee any monthly dues, levies and or assessments, in accordance with the pay of each employee, who is covered Union constitution and/or by-laws and owing by this Agreement, him to whom any money is due in that pay period and who has attained seniority, his/her regular Union Dues and Special Union Assessments applicable to all members and authorized under the Union's constitution. The Union will notify the Employer in writing of the amount of such dues, from time to time, and in the case of special assessments at least fifteen (15) working days' notification must be given.7:02 -

CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES. 7:01 4.01 The Employer will Company shall deduct Union dues including, where applicable, initiation fees and assessments, on a weekly basis, from the pay wages of each employee, who is employee covered by this Agreement, to whom any money is due . The amount of dues shall be calculated in that pay period and who has attained seniority, his/her regular Union Dues and Special Union Assessments applicable to all members and authorized under accordance with the Union's constitution’s Constitution. The Each employee in the bargaining unit shall be required as a condition of employment to have an amount equivalent to the regular weekly Union will notify the Employer in writing dues deducted from his pay weekly. All employees shall become and remain members of the amount Union as a condition of such dues, from time to time, and in the case of special assessments at least fifteen (15) working days' notification must be givenemployment.

CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES. 7:01 5.01 The Employer will shall deduct from the pay of each employee, every employee who is covered a member of the Union any monthly dues, initiation fees, or assessments levied by this Agreement, the Union in accordance with its Constitution and/or Bylaws and owing by the employee to whom any money is due in that pay period and who has attained seniority, his/her regular Union Dues and Special Union Assessments applicable to all members and authorized under the Union's constitution. The Union will notify the Employer shall be notified, in writing of the amount of such dueswriting, from time thirty (30) days prior to time, and any required change in the case of special assessments at least fifteen (15) working days' notification must be givendeductible assessments.

CHECK-OFF OF UNION DUES. 7:01 L7.01 The Employer will deduct from the pay of each employee, who is covered by this Agreement, to whom any money is due in that pay period and who has attained seniority, his/her their regular Union Dues and Special Union Assessments applicable to all members and members, the initiation fee of $1.00 for all new hires to the Board, authorized under the Union's constitution.
