Common use of CHECK-OFF OF DUES Clause in Contracts

CHECK-OFF OF DUES. A. The Employer agrees to deduct weekly union dues, initiation fees, arrears and assessments and/or service fees from the wages of employees covered by this Agreement who individually and voluntarily sign an authorization card for such deduction and to remit such dues monthly to the Union.

CHECK-OFF OF DUES. A. The Employer agrees to deduct weekly union dues, initiation fees, arrears and assessments and/or service fees Union dues from the wages of employees covered by this Agreement who individually and voluntarily sign an authorization card for such deduction and each employee upon receipt of the employee’s authorization. The Employer agrees to remit forward such dues monthly to the Unionoffice of the Union monthly.
