Check-In. Check-in occurs when Student obtains keys to any Unit from the University, regardless of whether or not Student commences occupying the assigned Unit.
Check-In. All students are required to check into the I-House by 10:00 pm on the evening before the first day of classes, unless a later date of occupancy is authorized by the I-House Director. Students who fail to check in at the I-House by this time and date are liable for the rental period and forfeit their requested space.
Check-In. Each Resident must complete the Check-In process prior to residing in their assigned Room. The Check-In process includes arrival on-campus, notifying University Housing that you are taking possession of your assigned Room, and obtaining keys from staff either at the Housing Service Center or during an alternate pre-arranged Check-In date and time.
Check-In. 1. Check-in time for Bus Drivers in the A.M. shall be one-half (1/2) hour prior to departure of the route and twenty (20) minutes prior to departure of P.M. route from the Transportation/Maintenance Center (TMC).
Check-In. If rooms are not available for the required check-in time, the Contractor must provide a secure room to store luggage until the rooms are ready.
Check-In. Check-in time is 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. A link to the Tahoe Getaways Guest Portal will be e-mailed to Guest prior to Guest’s arrival date. The Guest Portal includes arrival and departure instructions, information regarding the operation of the property, recommendations on what to bring, emergency contact information, and more. The keys to the property will be at the property in a key safe/lock box. Your lock box code will be released to the Guest Portal when the property is ready, or given to you verbally on your arrival day. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT YOUR RENTAL EARLY. Lock box codes WILL NOT be issued with a balance owing or without a signed rental agreement, or without providing required identification. Office check-in is also available if requested during the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Check-In. The Employer, in consultation with the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, shall institute a written procedure for checking the well-being of a worker assigned to work alone or in isolation under conditions which present a risk, if the employee might not be able to secure assistance in the event of injury or other misfortune. This procedure will be reviewed by the Committee as it deems necessary.
Check-In. The STUDENT shall officially check-in at the Housing Office in the assigned complex; pick up keys and move in no later than September 28, 2023.
Check-In. For purposes of this agreement, Check-in means the process of picking up room keys ("Check-in"). Unless this agreement has been previously executed, Check-in establishes Resident's acceptance of this agreement, including the terms of payment outlined above. Further, Check-in constitutes acceptance of the condition of the Unit and contents at the time of occupancy and, therefore, becomes the standard for the condition of the Unit and contents at the termination of occupancy.
Check-In. 1. Residents may not occupy residence hall rooms when the residential facilities are closed, unless authorized by the Director of Residence Life or the Director’s designee.
