Common use of Chattel Paper Clause in Contracts

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;; and

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “"transferable records” " as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;; and

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Collateral Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Such Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “"transferable records” " as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Administrative Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code UCC and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdictionjurisdiction with respect to Chattel Paper, individually or in the aggregate, in the face amount of at least $1,000,000;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Upon the request of Agent, Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant the Collateral Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code UCC and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;; and

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Upon the request of Agent, each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary or desirable to grant Administrative Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Subject to the provisions of Section 8(b) hereof, each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper having a value in excess of $100,000 in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Collateral Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “"transferable records” " as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction; provided that Grantors shall have no obligation to comply with this Section 6(b)(i) until the aggregate value of electronic Chattel Paper in which Grantors have an interest exceeds $50,000;

(i) Each Such Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary or desirable to grant Administrative Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

(i) Each Such Grantor shall take all commercially reasonable steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “"transferable records” " as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Administrative Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code UCC and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdictionjurisdiction with respect to Chattel Paper, individually or in the aggregate, in the face amount of at least $5,000,000;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant the Administrative Agent (or the Applicable Possessory Agent) control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code UCC and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;; and

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant the Administrative Agent control of all electronic Electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code UCC and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;.

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper with an aggregate value in excess of $250,000 in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Except as otherwise provided in Section 5.15 of the Credit Agreement, each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;; and

(i) Each Such Grantor shall take all commercially reasonable steps reasonably necessary to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;

Chattel Paper. (i) Each Grantor shall take all steps reasonably necessary or desirable to grant Agent control of all electronic Chattel Paper in accordance with the Code and all “transferable records” as that term is defined in Section 16 of the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and Section 201 of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction;
