Charter School Neutrality Statement. The Cleveland Municipal School District understands and confirms its commitment to meet its obligation under ORC Chapters 3314 and 4117 with respect to community schools and the rights of employees in those schools to seek to join together for purposes of collective bargaining. As well, CMSD recognizes the right of the Cleveland Teachers Union as a labor organization to seek to organize and represent, for purposes of collective bargaining, teachers and paraprofessionals employed by community schools located within the boundaries of the District. CMSD agrees that it will not place nor attempt to place restrictions of the employees or sponsors or governing authorities of any community school with respect to whether the employees of such community school should join or not join CTU or any labor organization.

  • COVID-19 Residents acknowledge that in March 2020 the World Health Organization declared a global pandemic of the virus leading to COVID-19.
