CHARTER CITIES. If the grantee is a charter city, a joint powers authority that includes one or more charter cities, or the regional lead for a regional program containing one or more charter cities, the grantee shall not receive any grant funding if such funding is prohibited by Labor Code section 1782. If it is determined that Labor Code section 1782 prohibits funding for the grant project, this Agreement will be terminated and any disbursed grant funds shall be returned to CalRecycle. CHARTER CITIES. The purpose of this Understanding is to clarify that the terms and conditions, including wages and fringe benefits, of the 2014-2019 AGC/Laborers Master Traffic Control/Highway Improvement Agreement shall not apply to maintenance work performed for a Charter City which has not adopted the California State mandated prevailing wages.

PURCHASERS OF 253 PROPERTY WITHIN THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY SHOULD INVESTIGATE THE FINANCIAL 254 OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION. PURCHASERS SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE 255 DECLARATION FOR THE COMMUNITY AND THE BYLAWS AND RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE 256 ASSOCIATION.
