Charter Board Composition. The composition of the Charter Board shall at all times be determined by and consistent with the Articles and Bylaws and all applicable law and policy. The Charter Board shall notify the Authorizer of any changes to its composition and provide an amended School Leadership Roster within five (5) business days of their taking effect.
