Charging of Sick Leave. 18 Effective July 1, 2017, time will be charged to sick leave for partial day 19 absences from work to the extent allowed by state and federal law; however, an 20 employee’s leave bank will not be charged for the first three (3) partial day absences in 21 the fiscal year.
