Common use of Charges for Exchange Clause in Contracts

Charges for Exchange. On each exchange the Trustee may make a sufficient charge to reimburse it for any tax or other governmental charge required to be paid and, in addition, a reasonable charge for every Warrant Certificate issued upon the exchange and payment of the charges will be made by the party requesting the exchange, as a condition precedent to such exchange.
