Common use of Charges for Exchange Clause in Contracts

Charges for Exchange. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Warrant Agency may charge to the holder requesting an exchange a reasonable sum for each new Warrant Certificate issued in exchange for a Warrant Certificate(s), and payment of such charges and reimbursement of the Trustee or the Corporation for any and all stamp taxes or governmental or other charges required to be paid shall be made by such holder as a condition precedent to such exchange.
