Common use of Charges for Exchange Clause in Contracts

Charges for Exchange. For each Warrant exchanged or transferred, the Agent, except as otherwise herein provided, shall, if required by the Company, charge a reasonable sum for each new Warrant issued; and payment of such charges and reimbursement of the Agent or the Company for any taxes or governmental or other charges required to be paid shall be made by the party requesting such exchange, as a condition precedent thereto.
