Charges and Penalties. THE CARRIER shall apply refund charges and penalties according to the rules of the applicable fare to the ticket being reimbursed. Penalties apply to Passengers and handling charges apply to reservations. Some exceptions apply. Handling charges do not apply to tickets for domestic flights within Colombia purchased at the website xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or from the call center.

Charges and Penalties. The Operator agrees that the execution of this Operator Agreement obligates the Operator to pay all transportation charges and penalties incurred on behalf of its Pool Customers. These charges and penalties include all charges and penalties incurred under Rate TRS, applicable charges under optional Riders and any other charges and penalties related to scheduling and delivery of natural gas to Pool Customers, including those assessed for unfulfilled contractual obligations. New or amended service charges and fees will become effective on the stated effective date following publication, when The Services are requested or performed, or when incurred, and in any event, no later than 30 days after publication by Us.
