Common use of CHARGES AND INVOICING Clause in Contracts

CHARGES AND INVOICING. 10.1 In consideration of the Supplier carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, including the provision of the Services, the Authority shall pay the Charges to the Supplier in accordance with the pricing and payment profile and the invoicing procedure specified in Schedule 7.1 (Charges and Invoicing).

In consideration of the Supplier carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, including the provision of the Services, the Authority Company shall pay the Charges to the Supplier subject to and in accordance with the pricing terms of this Clause 8, the Invoicing Procedure, , Schedule Part 2 (Charges) and payment profile and (in the invoicing procedure specified in Schedule 7.1 (case of the Charges and Invoicing)relating to any Additional Services) section 7 of the relevant Work Instruction.
