Charges and Billing. SBC-AMERITECH’s charges for Structure provided hereunder shall be determined in compliance with the regulations to be established by the FCC pursuant to Section 224 of the Act. Billing by SBC-AMERITECH for charges pursuant to this Article shall include detail sufficient to allow a determination of accuracy, including but not limited to identification of the structure or work associated with each charge. SBC- AMERITECH reserves the right to adjust the charges for Structure provided hereunder consistent with the foregoing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SBC-AMERITECH reserves the right to price on a case-by-case basis any Extraordinary Attachment to Structure. An “Extraordinary Attachment” is an attachment to a pole that occupies more than one (1) foot of space on the pole in addition to the primary cable or anything other than a standard, sealed splice enclosure in a manhole.
Charges and Billing. You must pay for the Services you receive or order in accordance with our billing practices, along with any installation or equipment charges and other applicable fees and taxes. (For this purpose, each month is considered to have 30 days.) To determine the charge for each call, we round based on the terms of each rate plan as found in the GRM/INS TARIFFS ON THE INTERNET. We will determine the format of the xxxx and the billing period, and we may change both the xxxx format and the billing period from time to time. You are responsible for preventing the unauthorized use of the Services, and you are responsible for payment for any such unauthorized use.
