Common use of Charge Nurse Clause in Contracts

Charge Nurse. A charge differential in the amount of $2.85 per hour shall 34 be paid to a nurse who has been assigned charge duties by the Employer for at least 1 two (2) consecutive hours. When charge duty occurs on a holiday worked, the charge 2 differential shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1½ x).

Charge Nurse.
