Changing the Agreement. 19.1 In general If you ask us to make any change to the Services or Rental Equipment we will ask you to confirm your request in writing. No action will be taken by us to carry out the change until we have received your written confirmation. If we agree to a change, this Agreement will be changed when we confirm the change to you in writing.

Writing Agent expressly acknowledges that this Agreement contains the entire agreement between Writing Agent and Ameritas and that there are no other agreements regarding commissions, other forms of remuneration or expense reimbursement, marketing territory or any other obligations other than as set forth in this Agreement or written amendment hereto.
