Changes to Work and/or Compensation. No change in the Scope of Work, Compensation or terms contained in this Agreement shall be made except as authorized in advance in writing by Change Order approved by the City and Consultant. The Consultant shall make any and all changes in the Work without invalidating this Agreement when specifically ordered to do so by written Change Order approved by the City and Consultant in advance of the Work being performed. Consultant, prior to the commencement of such changed or revised Work or request for compensation in excess of the Basic Compensation, shall promptly submit to the City a written cost or credit proposal for such changed or revised Work or additional compensation. If the City and Consultant shall not be able to agree as to the amount, either in consideration of time or compensation to be allowed or deducted, it shall nevertheless be the duty of Consultant, upon written notice from the City, to immediately proceed with such alteration or change, and Consultant shall be compensated the reasonable value of such Work. The City reserves the right to suspend Work of the Consultant upon written notification from the City if the City and Consultant are not able to agree as to matters of scope and compensation for changes to the Work.

  • Overload Compensation ‌ An instructional faculty member may be given overload compensation for additional instructional responsibilities beyond the normal work day or work year. The conditions and compensation of all overload duties shall be established prior to the beginning of additional instructional work. The rate of compensation shall be paid on a prorated salary basis. When calculating the prorated hourly salary under this section, the academic year salary shall be divided by 1344 hours. Faculty members have the option of refusing additional work assignments: when this occurs the rate of compensation will be agreed upon between the employer and the faculty member.

For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to PNG, the subtending arrangements between PNG Tandem Switches and PNG End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that PNG maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.
