Xxxx XXX-to-Xxxx XXX Rollovers Assets distributed from your Xxxx XXX may be rolled over to the same Xxxx XXX or another Xxxx XXX of yours if the requirements of IRC Sec. 408(d)(3) are met. Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations 31.1. If a settlement is not reached by the means described in paragraph 30.1, all disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled in court in the Republic of Cyprus.
