CHANGES TO THE STUDY PROGRAMME. Students propose a provisional Learning Agreement right after being selected for a mobility programme, that needs to be approved by the academic commission. This typically happens a few months before the exchange period, and changes may occur for various reasons. Shortly after arrival at the receiving institution, each student must confirm the original programme. Often, some courses need to be changed (because, for instance, one is no longer taught, the syllabus has changed, there are timetable clashes, etc.). Each student has to submit new proposals to their academic coordinator by email, and the Student Exchange Office keeps track of changes. LUISS does not use the changes table in the Learning Agreement. We ask instead our students to send us a final Learning Agreement once their plan is confirmed and they have successfully enrolled in the relevant courses at the receiving institution. Therefore, only the last version of the present document submitted to our office will be considered valid.
