Changes to Schedules. Employees will normally be given five (5) calendar days’ notice of any changes to their scheduled shift(s). The first two (2) hours of each shift worked by the regularly scheduled employee without proper notice will be paid two (2) times their regular hourly rate of pay, to a maximum of five (5) shifts or a maximum of ten (10) hours in any one incident. If required, part-time employees may agree to have an existing or scheduled shift extended to a maximum of two (2) hours when the extension occurs on the day of the shift and it will not be considered a shift change.
Changes to Schedules. 6.04.01 When/if an employee's work schedule and/or shift starting and terminating times are changed, in other circumstances than the one described in Article 6.03, the following shall apply:

Changes to Schedules. (a) The Lessee shall be entitled to make any change to the Annual Delivery Programme and/or the current Specific Delivery Schedule, by giving notice to the Operator of the proposed change, provided that such change:

Each Schedule to this Agreement shall be reviewed periodically and each party shall cooperate in good faith to adapt the Services provided as quantities increase or change in any non-material way. No Schedule shall be modified, nor shall any breach hereunder be waived, unless such modification and/or waiver is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of both parties.
Changes to Schedules. Each Seller shall deliver to Purchaser no later than three (3) Business Days prior to Closing any changes in the Schedules prepared by Sellers necessary to render Sellers' representations and warranties true and complete as of Closing as if all uses of the phrase "as of the date hereof" in Article IV were deemed to refer to the Closing Date for purposes of such Schedules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such delivery of the Schedule changes shall be for informational purposes only and shall in no way modify Seller's representations and warranties or impair or diminish (a) Purchaser's indemnity rights under Section 9.1 as a result of any breach of a representation or warranty based on the content of the Schedules prior to such delivery, and (b) Purchaser's obligation to purchase the Acquisition Assets.
Changes to Schedules. Holdco One shall be satisfied, in its sole discretion, with any changes made to the disclosure schedules pursuant to Section 4.16(b) or 5.5(b).
