Changes to Policies and Standards. DPH may change or amend the Policies and Standards from time to time at its discretion but not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and will notify the Participant of proposed and final changes and will afford Participant an opportunity to comment on such proposed and final changes. DPH will provide Participants notice of such changes to Policies and Standards by electronic mail. Any changes will be effective thirty (30) days following adoption by DPH unless DPH determines that an earlier effective date is required to address a legal requirement, a concern relating to the privacy or security of Data or an emergency situation. DPH also may postpone the effective date of a change if DPH determines, in its sole discretion, that additional implementation time is required.   • Codes and Standards Under the various sections of the specifications, where reference is made to specific codes or standards governing the installation of specified items, installation shall in all cases be in strict accordance with the referenced codes and standards. Where no reference is made to specific codes or standards, installation shall conform to the generally recognized applicable standards for first-class installation of the specific item to be installed. Contractors are expected to be proficient and skilled in their respective trades and knowledgeable of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) and its referenced technical codes and standards, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other codes and standards applicable to installations and associated work by its trade and/or that are applicable to the Work.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C.   • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Changes to Project Should the Subgrantee wish to make changes to the outcomes, Scope of Work, equipment to be purchased, key personnel, expenditures or deliverables, the Subgrantee must request permission to revise the project. This is done by submitting a Change Request. Changes within a budget category that are more than ten percent (10%) of the award or that move funds from one budget category to another require submission of a Change Request. Approval must be obtained from the Division before the changes are implemented in the project. Approval will be granted for changes that are consistent with the intent of the approved application or prior Change Requests. Changes to the project must be requested using the Change Request in the DOS Grants System at xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
